Lake CDA Property Management is a locally rooted, full-service property management company serving owners, investors, and tenants across the Coeur d'Alene area. We started in 2020, after years of managing our own rentals here. In that time we saw what too many owners and renters put up with: calls that went unanswered, managers who disappeared, and application practices that cost tenants thousands with no accountability. We believe if we cannot collect the rent, we should not get paid. You only owe us a management fee when we successfully collect rent on your behalf.
