Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, unfortunately we do not hold any of our homes.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

This is dependent on credit. For the most part we require only the first months rent and the security deposit.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years old

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please contact us before getting a pet as the property may not allow a pet.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You will need to provide us a 30 day notice stating the intent to move out.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Tenants are responsible for maintaining the premises and landscaping in good repair and sanitary manner including all equipment, appliances, smoke and CO detectors, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Please refer to your lease for more detailed information.
